With a career spanning more than three decades, Frank has navigated the world of international education with purpose, and a genuine love for learning. His journey begins in USA, where his passion for history and culture shaped his early worldview, and took him across continents in pursuit of knowledge and experience. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in History from Temple University and an M.Ed. from Antioch University. Since then, he has dedicated himself to building learning environments that inspire, challenge, and prepare students for a rapidly changing world.
From classrooms buzzing with ideas to leadership meetings that shaped school strategy, Frank’s path has been defined by transformative action and a commitment to seeing the bigger picture. He has worked in diverse cultural and educational settings, guiding institutions through growth, change, and innovation. Whether leading a start-up school from its first blueprint or steering an established institution toward new horizons, he has always placed people—students, teachers, and families—at the heart of every decision. Since 2011, India has been his base, though his influence and work continue to ripple through schools and communities across the globe.

One of the defining chapters of his career was serving as the Founding Head of an IB school in Mumbai, India. Over the course of 14 years, he led the school through every stage of its growth—from securing accreditation and building robust academic programs, to developing long-term strategic plans and fostering strong relationships with parents and the wider community. Under his guidance, the school grew into a thriving, future-ready institution known for its collaborative spirit and commitment to excellence.
