Legacy School offers learners the Cambridge International AS and A Level curriculum at the Higher Secondary School. The programme provides students with not only a sound foundation for tertiary education, but also provides an easily understood and transparent pathway into university study. The programme is for learners who have successfully graduated from grade 10 and need advanced study to prepare for university and higher education.
Cambridge International A Level is typically a two-year course, and Cambridge International AS Level is typically one year. Some subjects can be started as a Cambridge International AS Level and extended to a Cambridge International A Level. The qualifications have worldwide recognition and are globally benchmarked.
The curriculum supports learners develop independent study skills which universities value highly. It also focuses on the development of learners in-depth subject knowledge, understanding and skills. Additionally students are empowered to apply knowledge and understanding to new as well as familiar situations, handle and evaluating different types of information source and think logically and present ordered and coherent arguments.
Further the curriculum is tailored to align with the Indian tertiary education systems.

Assessment Options and Examinations
Our learners can choose from a range of assessment options, including staged assessment route, to gain Cambridge International AS & A Level qualifications.
Examinations are held twice a year, in March and June. Results are issued in May and August.
Right from guiding its students through subject specification and subject options, Legacy provides support to its students on learner guides for individual subjects, assessment detail, past examination papers and mark schemes, examiner report, exemplar responses and results statistics to enable benchmarking.

Cambridge AICE Diploma
The Cambridge Advanced International Certificate of Education (AICE) Diploma is an international curriculum that emphasizes the value of broad and balanced study. Alongside in-depth understanding of a variety of subjects, students also need to master a broader range of skills critical for success in university study and employment.
The Cambridge AICE Diploma is made up of individual Cambridge International AS & A Levels, which have widespread international standing as educational qualifications.
By demanding knowledge from three different subject groups, plus the core compulsory subject, Cambridge International AS Level Global Perspectives & Research, the Cambridge AICE Diploma provides a broad curriculum with a balance of maths and science, languages, arts and humanities, and interdisciplinary subjects. It maintains flexibility and choice by allowing students to choose subjects at different levels.
To achieve the Diploma, all learners will need to study and pass the Cambridge International AS Level Global Perspectives & Research. This skills-based course challenges learners to think critically, analyse evidence and compare perspectives. The learning is assessed through a team project and presentation as well as a written examination.
